Patrick’s mission in life is to have a positive impact on people. At PeakData, this is translated in fostering a healthy culture around serving patients’ needs, where our people are empowered to iterate towards our shared goals in an agile and autonomous manner. By training, Patrick is a scientist and data engineer with 13 years of professional and academic experience in software engineering. Before founding PeakData, Patrick was CTO of the Center for Collective Intelligence at MIT where he was able to turn his passion for sustainability into his job by building and growing a global climate change action platform that was adopted by the US White House and the UN Paris Climate Accord.

Michael’s passion lies with evolving our healthcare system through the data revolution. As a Data Scientist by education, he is a firm believer that the healthcare industry is only scratching the surface of the potential of AI advancements so far. Driven by this realization, Michael co-founded PeakData and helped set it on a mission to bring life-saving treatments to patients quicker fueled by data. Before co-founding PeakData, Michael spent ten years researching AI, Statistical Data Quality and Crowd Intelligence.

Rob is an investor within the pharma services technology sector. He is a former senior in-house executive and founder of STEM Healthcare, which he sold to UDG Healthcare in 2016. Rob has extensive experience as a non-executive director at numerous healthcare companies.

Along with being chairman of the board at PeakData AG, Chris is also the chairman at Proveca and Bioscript. He is also Non-Executive Director of Optibiotix Health Plc and ILC Therapeutics Ltd and a partner at Eos Advisory. Chris has extensive non-executive board experience serving on public, private and charity boards in Life Sciences and other sectors after a thirty-year executive career with AstraZeneca. Chris was also appointed as a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in January 2015 for services to Life Sciences.

Andy has worked in the pharmaceutical sector for over 20 years now. He started his career working in-house, spending many years at Novartis across different commercial roles, later moving to the agency side. He is a former President of the Global Client Relations team at STEM Healthcare and a member of the senior executive team.

Sebastian is passionate about improving the lives of patients and delivering innovative solutions that are making a real difference to people. With more than 20 years of professional business experience in healthcare, he has led the successful launch of EYLEA at Bayer in the UK before joining STEM Healthcare as General Manager for Germany and SVP of Central Europe. Sebastian joined PeakData to forward the vision of applying AI technology to real use cases in pharma.
